Josco Melius, Inc. was established in January of 1976 through the merger of Josco Sales Engineering and Ed Melius & Associates, bringing together 50 years of combined selling experience in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Wisconsin. Ray Joschko founded Josco Sales Engineering in 1961. Ray had an extensive background in engineering and selling of basic motors and gear motors. Ed Melius founded Ed Melius and Associates in 1959. Ed's background was in electronic component sales. Together, Ray and Ed established a diverse and successful sales organization. The company was purchased in 1986, by two employees, Greg Larson and Mike Doody. Greg later purchased the company from Mike Doody in 2000. Josco Melius, Inc. continues to represent high quality, custom engineering oriented manufacturers of electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical products and services.
